Our Story
HIP, CDC was launched in 2015 to assist clients with housing needs. Our focus has always been putting families into homes with the ultimate goal of Homeownership.
At HIP,CDC we understand that homeownership is way to create generational wealth. We strive to educate current and future homeowners on the steps to purchase, maintain and ultimately own a home.
Current Projects
We are proud to be a partner sponsor of Vibranium at York. A new dynamic 18 unit townhouse project in North Las Vegas, NV. This project consists of only 4 bedroom units and will be a modern rental housing community.
The property is adjacent to Walker Pool to the South and private green space for parties, dog walks, picnics to the North.
We are helping to raise capital for the construction of the project. You can sponsor an entire apartment for $25,000. This will include labor and supplies for flooring, appliance packages, windows, and paint.
